The operators of various prestigious events now use Premier Event Bars to handle their bar requirements.

Since 2007, Premier Event Bars has provided an unrivalled service to the Great Yorkshire Show. In 2009 this included running the giant marquee on the 250-acre site, together with the three other bars on the showground for the 126,000 people who attended over the three days.

How we make it work

The personal touch – we sit down and talk through your needs to help you decide the best way to progress.

Once work starts – we provide you with a detailed breakdown of everything that will go into your event.

The paperwork – we work extensively with local authorities and can deal with all licensing issues on your behalf.

You’re covered – all of our equipment is safety tested and we carry out a full health and safety risk assessment of the event. And for your peace of mind we have public liability insurance of £10m.

Our mobile bars – we have two 21ft long bars and one 14ft long bar – all inspected by environmental health officials – and fitted with the latest bar technology to serve chilled drinks quickly.

Adding up the numbers – if required we will provide fully audited accounts for the event.
